Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-returnable items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (if marked “final sale”)

  • Custom or made-to-order products

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at theauthentichoneyco@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
